I Can’t Cancel My GetContact Premium Despite “No Commitment” Promise on Signup

I signed up for the 7-day GetContact Premium trial by paying ₺1, clearly shown as a “non-committal” offer. The screen said I could cancel anytime before the trial ends. However, that turned out to be completely misleading. There is no option to cancel—neither through the mobile app, the browser, nor on a PC. I’ve checked every setting and help article, but I’m trapped in a subscription I don’t want.
It feels like I’ve been tricked into Premium with no clear way out. Unless I find a way to cancel, I’ll be charged automatically at the end of the week. This is unacceptable and highly unethical.
I am not satisfied with the service and demand immediate assistance to cancel my subscription before I’m charged further. GetContact needs to honor its promise and make cancellation transparent and accessible.
