I Cannot Get Refund From Google Play for Getcontact Subscription

On March 6, 2026, I accidentally purchased a subscription to the Getcontact app Google Play Store with the order number 3373-5069-0905-72080. As a result, a charge of $2 was added to my Paycell bill.

When I contacted Getcontact, they confirmed that the refund was approved and stated that the issue was not on their side but related to Google. However, I try to initiate the refund process through Google Play Store, the system लगातार gives an error, and I am unable to proceed. Because of this, I cannot recover the amount I paid.

Despite Getcontact approving the refund, I have not been able to complete the process due to a Google Play system error. Therefore, I request that the $2 charged Paycell to my line (0542...) be refunded to me and that the subscription be canceled immediately.
