GetContact Subscription Charged Despite Cancellation

I accidentally subscribed to GetContact and the payment was deducted through mobile billing. Although I canceled the subscription immediately and did not request a refund, the app still shows a “pending payment” status. Because of this, I am unable to download or access anything on the platform.

This is unacceptable. I need this issue resolved promptly, as I am being blocked from using the service I paid for. If the situation is not rectified soon, I will escalate the matter to Consumer Rights authorities. I expect a clear resolution and access to my subscription or a refund for the payment taken. Please address this issue without further delay.
