I Was Charged by Getcontact After Subscription End

I purchased a 1-month Premium subscription on the Getcontact app by entering my card details directly within the app. However, after my subscription period ended, it was automatically renewed without my consent, and today an additional $2 was charged to my account.

I do not want a Premium membership, and being charged again despite not requesting renewal has caused me inconvenience.

I have contacted Getcontact multiple times to cancel my subscription and request a refund. However, they keep telling me to cancel it Google Play Store, even though I did not start this subscription through Google Play. I purchased it directly the app using my card, yet they continue to give the same response without providing a proper solution.

My Getcontact account is registered under s*******************@gmail.com**. I request that my subscription be canceled immediately and that the $2 charged without my consent be fully refunded to my account.
