Getcontact Membership Charged Accidentally—Requesting Refund

I accidentally purchased a membership through Getcontact because my card was saved, and I unknowingly made a one-click purchase. As soon as I realized the mistake, I immediately canceled the subscription via the Play Store. I also submitted a complaint through the "Contact Us" section on Getcontact's platform, explaining the situation and requesting a refund.

Despite my prompt actions, I have yet to receive a resolution or my money back. This experience has been frustrating, and I expect Getcontact to take immediate action to process my refund. Mistaken purchases like this should be handled more transparently and efficiently to avoid further inconvenience to users. I urge Getcontact to resolve this issue promptly.
