GetContact Keeps Charging Me After Cancellation — I Need This Subscription Stopped Now

Why won’t my GetContact subscription cancel properly? I’ve tried to terminate it multiple times, and every time it says the subscription is already canceled—yet I’m still getting charged automatically. This has happened more than once, and it’s starting to feel like a complete scam.

You say it’s canceled, but money keeps getting withdrawn from my bank account without my consent. I’m beyond frustrated. I want this subscription canceled permanently and I want confirmation in writing. If this isn’t resolved immediately, I will report the issue to CİMER and take legal action.

Stop charging me for a service I’m not using, and refund the unauthorized payments you’ve already taken. Fix this now.
