I want to cancel my Getcontact Premium subscription, but I am unable to do so. I originally started the membership through my Google account, but I now use an iPhone and no longer have access to that Google account. When I try to cancel through the App Store, there is no option available to stop the subscription.
Because I cannot cancel it, my card has already been charged twice without my consent. I attempted to reach Getcontact customer service, but I could not get in touch with anyone for support. I live in Erzurum, and I still have the email address/phone number linked to my account, so I can provide all necessary details for verification.
I am requesting the immediate cancellation of my Premium subscription and a full refund of the amounts charged to my card. This issue needs to be resolved quickly so that I am not charged again in the future.
