When I researched Jarvi Games, the company behind the Flex City game available on Google Play, I found that the company is registered in Cyprus. This situation raises serious concerns for me regarding the protection of our personal data and the way our in-game purchases are handled.

When registering for the game and making in-game purchases, I believe that certain user information is processed by the company and that our purchases generate financial revenue for the company. In addition, the promotional images used on the game's Google Play listing appear to focus heavily on Turkey, which gives me the impression that Turkish players may be specifically targeted and that the marketing may not provide sufficient transparency about the company behind the game. The Google Play listing identifies Jarvi Games Ltd as the developer and lists its address in Cyprus.

The way the game is promoted, the lack of clear information about the company's ownership and background, and the limited information provided to players about these matters have reduced my trust in the brand. I request that Flex City and Jarvi Games provide clear and transparent information about the company's ownership structure, data security practices, and where and how user information is stored and processed.

I also request that the images used on the Google Play game listing be reviewed and presented in a transparent, non-misleading manner that does not obscure relevant information about the company behind the game. I expect the necessary steps to be taken to ensure that users who have concerns about these matters are provided with accurate and sufficient information.
