Gerber Baby Food: Hair in My 16-Month-Old's Meal

For the past 4 months, I've been feeding my 16-month-old daughter Gerber's Mashed Potatoes and Meatloaf baby food. We never had any issues before, and she never experienced any gas or other side effects. However, yesterday, as I was preparing a spoonful from the latest box, I noticed a black hair on the spoon. Upon closer inspection, it was clearly an adult male hair. How is this even possible? This level of carelessness is unacceptable. What if I hadn't noticed it, or worse, what if there were hairs in previous meals that I didn't see? Customer service apologized and assured me they would be more careful in the future, but I can't bring myself to trust this brand anymore.
