GeoZilla Charging Monthly Without Active Subscription


I am writing to report an issue with Geozilla charges linked to my use of the Geozilla GPS tracker service, purchased via the Apple Store in Spain. Although my visible subscription in Apple was only for 15.99 per month and has since been cancelled, I have been charged separately 39.99 per month for four consecutive months: January, February, March and April. I have screenshots from my bank account clearly showing these 39.99 deductions for Geozilla, but when I contacted support I was told that I do not have any subscription. Despite this, the 39.99 charges continued, and I have not received any proper support or explanation about why these amounts were taken. I request a full refund of all four months of 39.99 charges and a clear written explanation of how these charges were made when your system shows no active subscription. I can provide bank statement screenshots as proof of each deduction if required.
