If GeoZilla support isn’t replying to your refund request, start by submitting a full support ticket through their official Help Center (GeoZilla Support → Submit a request) with clear details like your account email, purchase date, receipts, and reason for refund.

Make sure you’ve also tried the [email protected] email and included screenshots or transaction records, because GeoZilla’s refund policy says they’ll review technical issues and may refund within their terms.

If you subscribed via Apple or Google Play, request a refund directly through reportaproblem.apple.com or the Google Play “Report a problem” refund option.
