I wish to file a complaint regarding the GeoZilla subscription service, which continues charging me even though I am not using the application and have already attempted to cancel the subscription.

I am using an Android Honor RAM Turbo phone, and the subscription is linked to the email address neddam****@gmail.com. Since around April 15, I have been charged Q 78.46 for GeoZilla, and I had also received charges before that date as well.

The main problem is that I cannot find a clear or effective option to properly cancel the subscription and stop future payments. Even after deleting the application and trying to cancel it from my phone, the charges continue to appear.

This situation is extremely frustrating because I am being billed for a service that I no longer use and do not want to continue paying for.

I request the immediate cancellation of any active GeoZilla subscription associated with my account and ask that no further charges of Q 78.46 or any other amount be taken from me for this unused service.

In addition, I request a review of all the charges that have been applied since April and ask for a refund of the payments that were unfairly charged after I attempted to stop using the service.
