I can’t deactivate my GeoZilla subscription in the app and what steps help others?

If you can’t deactivate your GeoZilla subscription in the app, that’s because premium billing isn’t managed inside the app itself — you have to cancel through the platform that charged you.

For Android, open the Google Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions, find GeoZilla and tap Cancel, and for iPhone/iPad, go to Settings → Your name → Subscriptions → GeoZilla → Cancel Subscription.

If you bought the plan directly on GeoZilla’s website, log into GeoZilla.com, go to your Account → Subscriptions, and click Cancel Renewal there.

After cancelling, keep a confirmation email or screenshot so you can prove auto-renewal won’t happen again, since unsubscribing in the app alone doesn’t stop billing.
