Even though I have never intentionally used Google Gemini or knowingly started any subscription, I noticed multiple charges taken from my Ziraat Bank account listed as “Google Gemini” in my mobile banking transactions. Specifically, my account was charged $3 five separate times, and today another $3 charge was made again, resulting in unauthorized charges totaling approximately $17.
I do not actively use the Gemini application, and in fact, I no longer use it at all. Despite this, money has been withdrawn from my account without my knowledge or consent, which has caused me both financial and emotional distress. I believe these charges are linked to a subscription or payment plan that I never approved and was never informed about.
I request that Google Gemini investigate why these charges were made in my name, refund all unauthorized amounts withdrawn from my account to date, and immediately cancel any subscription or billing plan associated with my account. I also ask that the necessary account checks and security reviews be conducted to ensure that no further unauthorized charges occur.
