I am writing this complaint because my Free Fire game account, which was linked to my Facebook account, was hacked and I have lost access to it.
On April 3, 2023, my Free Fire ID connected to this Facebook account was hacked, and I lost access to my game progress and in-game items. In this account, I had spent approximately ₹4,000 on purchases such as diamonds and other items.
After the hack, I was no longer able to log in to my Free Fire account through Facebook, and I lost access to everything associated with it. I have not been able to recover the account, and I did not previously contact support, which is why this is my first formal request for assistance.
I request that Facebook investigate the issue with my account and its connection to Free Fire, and help me recover and restore my original game account. I want my Free Fire ID and the purchased items, worth approximately ₹4,000, to be returned to me, or that an appropriate solution be provided so I can access my original account again.
