I downloaded the GearUP Booster app because I was experiencing high ping issues in games. However, I am not sure if a subscription was renewed without my knowledge. On July 7, 2025, at 3:19 AM, an amount of $31 was charged from my account without my consent.
I immediately contacted my bank regarding this issue. I did not approve this charge, and I was not aware of any active subscription renewal. I request that this unauthorized payment be refunded to me as soon as possible.
