GearUp Charged Me ₺959 Without Consent—I Demand a Full Refund
On December 4 at exactly 12:01 AM, GearUp withdrew ₺959 from my card without my approval or any prior notice. I never gave consent for this transaction, and when I saw the charge, I was completely shocked. I had no active subscription, no recent purchases, and absolutely no reason to be charged such a high amount.
After doing some research, I found that I’m not the only one—others have experienced the same unauthorized charge. This makes it clear that there’s a serious issue with how GearUp handles billing. I feel taken advantage of and completely helpless as my hard-earned money was pulled without permission.
