Google GearUP Charges My Card Without Permission or Subscription
On November 19, 2025, at 12:00 AM, I noticed a charge of $31 on my Enpara (QNB Finansbank) card with the description “Google GearUP Lower l.” I did not authorize this transaction, did not make any purchase or subscription related to it, and received no prior notification.
After realizing that the transaction was made without my knowledge or consent, I contacted my bank and reported the issue. As a precaution, my card was immediately blocked for security reasons. Despite this, the $31 charge was taken unfairly, and I request that this transaction be canceled and the full amount refunded to my card.
I also request that the source of this unauthorized charge be thoroughly investigated, that necessary measures be taken to prevent similar incidents in the future, and that I receive a prompt response regarding this matter.
