GearUp Booster Charged Me for Auto-Subscription

GearUp Booster automatically charged me ₺81.99 through my mobile bill without my knowledge or permission. I didn’t even realize I had an active subscription—there was no clear warning or reminder before the payment went through. I never intended to keep the subscription and certainly didn’t agree to be billed.

Now I’m trying to request a refund, but I have no idea how to do it. The process is confusing and there’s no clear support channel to guide users like me. I just want my money back and the subscription canceled permanently.

GearUp Booster, I’m asking you to do the right thing. Refund the ₺81.99 you charged me and cancel any automatic renewals on my account. Make your billing process more transparent and stop tricking users into unwanted charges.
