GCM Forex MT4 Spread Widening Stop Out Caused Much Loss - Refund Request
I am a GCM Yatırım customer using a real Forex account on the MetaTrader 4 platform, with account number 524***. On two separate dates, 12.10.2025 and 29.10.2025, I experienced serious issues related to spread widening and stop-out, which caused me to suffer a significant financial loss. On the first date, 12.10.2025, I transferred $950 to my account, but this amount was not reflected in my balance, causing my margin level to drop and my positions to be stopped out. Due to what I consider unfair spread widening and stop-out processes, I incurred a total loss of approximately $9,000. After these incidents, I contacted GCM Yatırım customer service and reported the issue, but my loss was not compensated and I did not receive a satisfactory solution. I believe that the non-reflection of my $950 transfer and the way the stop-out was executed resulted in an unjust loss. Therefore, I request that my account be reinstated to its previous state before these incidents, or that my $9,000 loss be fully refunded following a detailed investigation of my account records, transactions, and system logs for the dates 12.10.2025 and 29.10.2025, and I kindly ask for a prompt and clear response after this review.
