Zara Took Payment from My Account Without My Approval
On May 24, 2025, I noticed an unauthorized withdrawal of ₺5,040 from my account by MOKAUNITED/Zara Giyim, which I did not approve or even know about. I’m baffled by how this transaction was authorized since I never gave my approval for such a payment. This situation has left me feeling quite uneasy and surprised. I kindly ask for a prompt resolution to this issue and for the amount to be credited back to my account. Thank you.
