Unknown Deduction - Get Refund Immediately
On October 15 at around 1:00 p.m., 699 pesos were deducted from my GCash account for a payment to “Hong Kong VCreation Cloud Technology Limited.” I did not subscribe to any service from this company, I did not approve this transaction, and I do not know this site at all. This unauthorized deduction has caused me stress and urgency because I need this money back as soon as possible. I request that this transaction be investigated immediately, the 699 pesos be refunded to my GCash account, and any similar future charges from this merchant be blocked.
