I'm Requesting For Refund!

I recently noticed an unauthorized charge of 699 pesos on my account made to HONG KONG VCREATION CLOUD TECHNOLOGY LIMITED. I did not make or approve any purchase or subscription with this merchant, and I have no relationship with them. The charge appeared today, and until seeing this transaction on my statement I was not aware of any payment to this company. Since I did not authorize this transaction in any way, I consider this payment fraudulent. I request that this transaction be fully refunded to my account and that any possible subscriptions or future payments to this merchant be cancelled and blocked. I also kindly ask for an investigation into how this unauthorized charge was made in order to prevent similar issues in the future.
