GCash Money Deducted Without Consent by Hong Kong VCreation Cloud Technology
On October 21, 2026 at around 2:00 a.m., an unauthorized online payment of 699.00 was taken from my GCash account (GCash number: 09814233***) by HONG KONG VCREATION CLOUD TECHNOLOGY LIMITED, with Merchant Transaction Number AD2112604862855217152. I did not purchase any product, did not subscribe to any service, and did not give consent for this payment. After noticing the transaction, I contacted GCash and reported that this was an unauthorized payment. They informed me that I need to contact your company directly to request a refund of the amount taken. I urgently request that you investigate this unauthorized transaction and provide a full refund of the 699.00 to my GCash account number 09814233*** as soon as possible, as this money was reserved for my medicine and is very important for me.
