I have been facing a serious issue with my Payeer wallet since December 30 until early February. I have not been able to properly access the website, and my money has not been sent as it should be. About $48 from my balance has been stuck, and I have not been able to use or transfer it despite urgently needing it. During this period, I contacted Payeer wallet customer support several times. Each time, they asked me to submit documents, which I sent repeatedly, but the problem was never resolved and my funds remain stuck. Despite my continuous attempts to communicate with them, I have not received any effective solution. I request that the $48 be sent as soon as possible and that my full access to my wallet be restored so I can make transfers without any delay, as I urgently need this money.
