Gate.io to Binance FET Transfer Failed—Funds Not Reflected in My Account

I transferred FET tokens from Gate.io to Binance, but the transaction never went through. After contacting Binance support, they confirmed that the FET tokens were returned to Gate.io with the following TxID: C360E9AA300CCA7364C3FB7D449A141D5DEC8DA856F23DD05EE1733F2059092D.

However, despite this confirmation, the funds have not appeared in my Gate.io account. I have been waiting for an update, but there is no response or indication of when the funds will be restored.

Gate.io, when will my FET tokens be credited back to my account? I need an immediate resolution and a clear timeline for this process. Has anyone else faced similar issues? I expect a quick fix!
