Missing $300 from Gate.io Account - Request for Assistance
I have not been able to see the $300 in my Gate.io account for a month now. There is a term "today's pnl" displayed, but I do not understand what it means.
Is there a customer service number or any way to reach out for help? I am unsure why this happened, as the money just disappeared suddenly. I would appreciate any assistance you can provide. If anyone else has faced a similar issue, please help. Thank you.
