I had over $100 worth of coins in my Gate.io Global account, but two months ago, I lost access. No matter what I tried, I couldn't log in. After weeks of struggling with security verification and identity confirmation, I finally regained access last month, only to find that my balance was completely gone—$0!

The worst part? I can’t reach customer support. The platform is entirely in English, and I can’t find anyone to explain what happened or assist me. I’m ready to provide all necessary details, but I need immediate help.

Gate.io, where is my money? I demand a response and a resolution ASAP!
