Failed Bccoin Deposit Issue on Gate.io

I attempted to withdraw Bccoin from my Gate.io account to deposit it into the Mexc exchange, but the deposit failed. I created a refund request, but I have not received my funds back.
I would like the failed deposit to be credited back to my balance as soon as possible. Please assist me in resolving this issue. If the Bccoin deposit process was suspended, why was I not notified, and how was I able to withdraw without any issues? I kindly request that my situation be addressed and that the failed deposit be returned to my account. Thank you.
