I Got Unfairly Liquidated on Gate.io at a Fake Price and Support Isn’t Helping

On March 21 at 11:06 AM, I opened a short position on ORCA token at ₺5.8 through Gate.io. Just 15 minutes later, at 11:21 AM, my position was unexpectedly liquidated, supposedly at an average price of ₺6.10—but shockingly, the platform shows it was executed at ₺6.6, even though the price never spiked that high on their charts. There wasn’t even a wick to ₺6.6 in the market.

When I checked the trade history, it shows my orders closed at ₺6.1 on average. However, in the position history, it claims I was liquidated at ₺6.6, which cost me ₺4,000 in losses. This contradiction is clearly visible in the screenshots I’ve provided. Even the platform's own data says the fill price was ₺3.088, yet it claims the stop loss hit at ₺3.57. I contacted support expecting a serious investigation, but all I got were unhelpful and inconsistent explanations.
