Gate.io Liquidated My 10X Voxel Position Early Despite Small Price Drop

Today between 20:00 and 20:30, I opened a 10X leveraged long position on Voxel via Gate.io. Shortly after entering the trade, the coin dropped by only 1.5%, yet my position was suddenly liquidated. This makes no sense, as based on my leverage, the liquidation price should have required a 10% drop—not just 1.5%. I have double-checked everything, and there is no logical explanation for why my trade was closed out so early. This appears to be a serious error in the liquidation process, and I demand an immediate explanation. I’m requesting compensation for the loss caused by this mistake and a full review of the incident. Users need to trust that liquidations are handled fairly and accurately.
