I Can’t Access My Gate.io Account Due to Email and Password Errors—Funds Are Stuck
I saved my Gate.io email, login password, and fund password both in my notes and in the password section of my iPhone. I’m absolutely sure the credentials are correct. However, when I try to log in, I keep getting an "invalid password" error. I even switched phones thinking it might help, but now I can’t reset my password either—every time I try, the system tells me my email address is invalid. I’m completely locked out of my account, and I have funds inside that I can’t access. I’ve tried everything I can, but nothing works. I need urgent assistance from Gate.io to verify my identity and help me regain access to my account and my money. This situation is incredibly stressful and unacceptable.
