I'm having problems logging into Gate.io. They apparently require me to use Google Authenticator, which is a bit of a pain to set up, but I did it. However, when I try to log in using the one-time password generated by Google Authenticator, the system keeps giving me an error message saying that the password is invalid. It's aggravating because I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong. I tried contacting customer service, but I have yet to receive a response. I mean, I get that they want to add an extra layer of security to protect my account, but this is getting ridiculous. It's as if they're making it difficult for me to access my own money. I hope they can fix this soon because I have some important transactions that I need to make. Shame on you.
