I'm encountering an issue with the Google Authenticator application on the Gate.io exchange. I sent my phone for service, backed up, and reinstalled the Google Authenticator application. However, the passwords stored in the application stopped working. I've requested Gate.io to unlink the application three times, but the problem persists. Despite entering the correct 6-digit password, it's not being accepted.
