Gate.io Unbinding Google Authenticator Error

I'm having some issues with Google Authenticator on gate.io. I had to send my phone in for service, so I made sure to back up and reinstall the Google Authenticator app. Unfortunately, the codes in the app have ceased to function. I've reached out to gate.io multiple times to address the problem with the app connection, but unfortunately, the issue remains unresolved. Even though the correct six-digit code is being entered, it continues to be rejected. I'm feeling quite frustrated and in need of immediate assistance to resolve this issue, as it is preventing me from accessing my account.
