I Sent Funds from Web3 to Gate.io but They Never Arrived in My Account

I recently transferred funds from my Web3 wallet to my Gate.io account, but the transaction hasn’t shown up on Gate.io yet. What’s frustrating is that when I sent money from Gate.io to Web3, the transfer was processed immediately without any issues.

However, when doing the reverse—sending funds from Web3 to Gate.io—the money has not arrived in my Gate.io account, and I haven’t received any confirmation or update.

Now I’m left wondering: Is there a waiting period for deposits from Web3 to Gate.io? Or is my money stuck or lost in the system?

This is incredibly stressful, especially since no one from Gate.io support has responded to my inquiries. I need a clear answer and an immediate resolution. If Gate.io is going to promote Web3 wallet usage, they must ensure reliable processing times and responsive customer service when things go wrong.
