Gate.io Delisted Gout Coin and Wiped My Balance Without Warning
On Gate.io, using my user account with ID 1933*8**, I purchased the coin called Gout a long time ago for a total amount of $1,040. When I logged into my account this morning, I first noticed that my balance had dropped to around $580. Shortly after, I saw that the Gout coin had been delisted, and my balance was completely reduced to zero on both my spot account and wallet page.
I absolutely do not accept that the amount I invested was wiped out in this way without my consent, without any additional action on my part, and without any prior notification. I consider this situation a clear case of unfair treatment and financial harm.
I am requesting that Gate.io fully refund my original principal investment of $1,040 for the Gout coin and that the reason for this balance reset be clearly and formally explained to me in writing.
