Gate.io Account Logout and My Missing USDT Balance

My account on the Gate.io app was unexpectedly logged out on my phone. Upon attempting to log back in, I encountered either a password error or an invalid code error from Google Authenticator.

After reaching out to customer service, my Google Authenticator was successfully disabled, allowing me to log in using my password. Unfortunately, my USDT balance and profile picture in my wallet were deleted. There don't seem to be any transactions on the account. Please return the balance to my account.
