Lost Access to Gate.io Account Due to Google Authenticator Issue

I mistakenly deleted my Gate.io account when I switched phones. When I attempted to reopen it, it prompted me for the Google Authenticator code, which I was unable to retrieve since I had previously deleted it. I reached out via email about this matter, but unfortunately, I did not receive any response, even after the deadline had come and gone. I require help with disabling the Google Authenticator code.
