Gate.io 90,000 USDT Withdrawal Stuck on “In Progress”

At around 6:16 PM on June 12, 2026, I initiated a withdrawal of 90,000 USDT from my Gate.io account to my Binance account using the BEP20 network. Despite the amount of time that has passed since the transaction was initiated, the funds have not been credited to my Binance account, and the withdrawal is still shown as “in progress” in the Gate.io interface.

I did not take any additional action during the transaction. I simply wanted to withdraw my existing balance. I was not provided with a transaction ID (TXID) by Gate.io, nor was I able to obtain a withdrawal reference number. Although I tried to contact the support team, I was unable to reach anyone who could assist me, and I have not received any response so far.

I request that Gate.io urgently investigate the 90,000 USDT balance I attempted to transfer to my Binance account via the BEP20 network, return the funds to me, and provide a clear explanation of what happened to the transaction.
