187 USDT Missing After Gate.io TRC20 Transfer to Binance

On November 21, 2025, I transferred 187 USDT from my Gate.io account to my Binance wallet at the address TWg3Y7y42X5k7jqLtdpceSEsstQXf6g4gV using the TRC20 network. After the transfer, I received an email from Gate.io stating that the transaction was completed. However, despite three days passing, there has been no USDT credited to my Binance account.

I am unable to see any TxID / transaction hash for this transfer, and I also cannot reach Gate.io customer support. Because of this, I am unable to track the transaction at all. I am losing time and experiencing serious inconvenience.

I am requesting that Gate.io thoroughly investigate this transfer, ensure that my 187 USDT is fully and promptly credited to my Binance wallet, or, if that is not possible, provide me with a clear and detailed explanation so that my grievance can be resolved.
