Hello, Once the warranty for my Fenix 6 watch ended on June 24, 2023, I noticed pixel loss on the screen. I'm confused, does this device only have a lifespan of two years? Should we dispose of it after two years? If the seller had told us that the device only lasts for two years, we would have realized that we couldn't rely on it for an extended period and would have made a different choice. Ultimately, I would appreciate your company's help with this issue. Despite the warranty period being over, I would like to request a complimentary battery replacement. Please reach out to me at s************@hotmail.com via email.

Best regards.

"My Samsung QLED QE50Q60TAUXTK Model Television's screen went off last night, and both sound and picture disappeared. I bought it 2.5 years ago and used it only in the evenings. Today, the technical service came and said it has a panel malfunction and the repair cost is 21,000 TL (twenty-one thousand). I bought this high-tech Samsung product with two months' salary to enjoy it for at least 5-10 years. Now, I can't afford this cost. I didn't break it or move it; I only used it in the evenings. I now expect and request a reputable brand like Samsung to stand by me and provide a free repair."
