Dear Garena Free Fire Support Team, my Free Fire account (UID: 2155796114, in-game name: shownomii) was stolen about a month ago. After recovering it through Facebook, I discovered it had been banned due to actions taken by the unauthorized user. I’ve been playing legitimately since 2019, have never used cheats, and have consistently invested in my account through regular purchases. I believe the ban was a result of the hacker’s actions, not mine, and I can provide supporting records if needed. Please review my case and lift the ban.
