Free Fire Account Hacked and Phone Reset by Hacker

I am a Garena Free Fire player on an Android device and I want to report a serious problem about my account being hacked and to request action against the hacker’s account. Around the 25th of the month, another player hacked my Free Fire account and then reset my phone, so I lost access to my game and all related information. Because of this reset, I no longer have screenshots or in-game access to prove the situation from inside the app. On my hacked Free Fire account I had spent approximately ₹5000 on top-ups and in‑game purchases. All these purchases and progress are now unavailable to me due to the hack. I also know the UID of the hacker’s account and I want this account to be permanently banned for hacking and for causing me this loss. I kindly request that my own Free Fire account be recovered and secured, and that the hacker’s account with UID 2361281906 be investigated and permanently banned if your review confirms the violation. I also ask that the items or balance corresponding to my approximately ₹5000 spending be restored to my recovered account as far as your rules allow.
