I haven't logged into Free Fire for about 7 months. When I tried to play again after all this time, I was surprised to find a diamond penalty for reasons I don't understand. I checked my purchase history but couldn't find any refunded items. I'm confused about what's happening and how to resolve this. I can't afford to pay this penalty, and I don't have the money to cover a fine for a refund I didn't make.
