I Paid ₹50 via Paytm but Did Not Receive Free Fire Diamonds

I attempted to purchase diamonds in Free Fire on April 13, 2026, using Paytm. The payment of ₹50 was successfully deducted from my Paytm account, but the diamonds were not credited to my Free Fire account.
This situation is frustrating because I completed the payment, yet I did not receive the in-game items I paid for. As a result, my money has been deducted without receiving the expected service.
I request that the ₹50 be refunded to my original Paytm payment method as soon as possible. I also expect a clear explanation of why the transaction failed and assurance that such issues will not occur again in the future.
