I Got Banned From Free Fire After Recovering My Hacked Account

Dear Garena Free Fire Support Team, My Free Fire account (UID:2612789479 , in-game name: =GW_.......) was stolen about a month ago. After recovering it via Facebook, I found it banned due to actions by the unauthorized user. I've never using cheats, and have invested in my account with regular purchases.
