I Face Unjust Free Fire Ban for “Abnormal Activity” — Request Account Review
My Free Fire account (ID: 18482*0)** was banned for “abnormal activity”, but I believe this is a false evaluation. I have never violated any game rules or used unauthorized tools. The account is registered under my email address [email protected].
I have not been able to access my account for over a year, ever since I sold my previous phone. I did not receive any email or in-app notification regarding the ban. Every time I try to log in, I see the message:
“Your account has been restricted due to abnormal activities.”
I have tried to contact Garena customer support, but I couldn’t get any response or assistance. I’ve invested a lot of time and effort into this account, and I’m deeply frustrated by this unfair situation.
I respectfully request that my account be reviewed again and that my access be restored, as this ban appears to be unjustified.
