Free Fire Banned My Account Without Warning – No Response from Support

Despite submitting a support ticket to the Garena Free Fire team, I have not received a proper response. My account was banned for "abnormal activity", yet I am 100% certain that I have never used cheats or third-party software.
What’s frustrating is that I was never given any warning before this permanent ban was enforced. If my account was flagged, why wasn’t I informed beforehand or given a chance to defend myself? Additionally, support has failed to provide any clear explanation or evidence regarding this decision.
I demand a thorough re-evaluation of my account and an immediate removal of the unjust ban. I expect fair treatment and a response from Free Fire’s support team as soon as possible!
