I Face Month-Long Free Fire Ban That Hasn’t Been Lifted Despite Notice

My Garena Free Fire account (ID: 3001769302) was banned about one month ago. When I tried to log in, I received a message stating that the ban would be lifted soon, but even after a full month, my account is still not accessible. My account also contains paid items and in-game purchases, so this situation has caused me financial loss and frustration.
I tried to contact customer service by phone, but I was unable to receive any assistance or guidance.
I request that my ban be reviewed and lifted immediately and that I be provided with a direct customer service contact number or another official way to resolve this issue.
